Chardonnay picked from the vineyards in the Hawkes Bay is pressed and then fermented in both stainless steel and French oak before going through a bit of malo for depth, complexity,and those delicious buttery notes. It spent a time on its lees before being blended and bottled. Pale yellow in the glass its filled with subtle citrus, tropical fruit, and toasty butter. This one will do great with a few more years age, drink into 2022.
