Mission Chardonnay

Youthful, fragrant and full of life with an appealing bouquet that shows ripe stone fruit, apple, rock melon and subtle vanilla characters.

Chardonnay picked from the vineyards in the Hawkes Bay is pressed and then fermented in both stainless steel and French oak before going through a bit of malo for depth, complexity,and those delicious buttery notes. It spent a time on its lees before being blended and bottled. Pale yellow in the glass its filled with subtle citrus, tropical fruit, and toasty butter. This one will do great with a few more years age, drink into 2022.
