Isle of Jura 10YO 700ml
$84.99
Origin is the 10 year old that started the Jura journey. it carries the traditional Celtic symbol for birth, beginning and the forces of nature. It tells of a passion rekindled, a distillery reborn and a remarkable whisky forged by turbulent seas and windswept landscapes. It holds a special place in the heart of all Diurachs. For the people of Jura, Origin is the water of life. Slumbering for a full decade in quiet contentment, this beguiling spirit has a lingering taste of warming gentle oak, notes of honey and caramel, soft liquorice and roasted coffee beans. To be leisurely savoured.

Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva 700ml
$94.99
"Diplomatico's Reserva Exclusiva is a complex blend of copper pot still rums that have been aged in oak barrels for 12 long years. It has a characterful sweet nose, showing notes of fruit cake, vanilla ice cream, cocoa, toffee and sweet spices. This all leads onto the palate which is rich and extremely well balanced with some chocolate, orange and nutty flavours also emerging. It is deep, vivid and extremely seductive and it currently one of the world's most awarded rums."

Dalwhinnie 15YO 700ml
$109.99
Dalwhinnie has a little bit of everything, peat, honey and backbone. A classic malt for everyone. A wholemeal and honey quality to the nose and the odd smoky tangent. A sweet, fruity core and a long round finish. Some of Dalwhinnie's complexity is from the water, sourced from Allt an t'Sluie Burn, some is from the traditional worms and the two stills and yet I feel sure that the altitude and weather must also play their part. The young spirit is aged in Ex-Bourbon casks for 15 years before bottling.
