It was first created in 1939 to celebrate the visit of King George VI to Canada. Usually drink alone or with ice, but also used in mixed drinks. It is characterized by aroma with a hint of vanilla and fruit, the flavor is smooth and long lasting. Crown Royal's perfectly blended whisky has become the standard of excellence for Canadian whisky.
