Dalwhinnie 15YO 700ml
Dalwhinnie has a little bit of everything, peat, honey and backbone. A classic malt for everyone. A wholemeal and honey quality to the nose and the odd smoky tangent. A sweet, fruity core and a long round finish. Some of Dalwhinnie's complexity is from the water, sourced from Allt an t'Sluie Burn, some is from the traditional worms and the two stills and yet I feel sure that the altitude and weather must also play their part. The young spirit is aged in Ex-Bourbon casks for 15 years before bottling.

DALWHINNIE WINTER’S GOLD HIGHLAND SINGLE MALT 700ml
Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold is a 2015 addition to the Highland distillery's range inspired by the chilly climate up in the remote part of Scotland where their single malt Scotch whisky is distilled - as the label remarks, it was "Crafted by the Cold". It's made only with spirit that has been distilled between October and March, and interestingly enough, they suggest that you try serving this expression frozen! ABV: 43%
Deanstone 12YO 700ml
Indulge your traditional side with this seductive single malt. Matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels, its delicate taste of sweet, honeyed fruit and gentle warmth will bewitch you. Not even a hint of smoke. Smooth, easy and an absolute delight.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh hays of summer, malty cereal, rich creamy toffee and honeyed heather balanced with sweet oak and barley sugar.
Palate: Smooth creamy sweetness with sumptuous hints of fruit, malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla.
Finish: Crisp and satisfying with a tingle of cloves which linger, then gently fade.

Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon 750ml
Elijah Craig was named for a reverend who lived in Virginia. He kept a warehouse where he stored barrels and one day experienced a devastating fire. He used the charred casks regardless and found they imparted a lovely character. This is a great 12 year old small batch bourbon, named in his honour.
Tasting Note
Nose: Quite thick and full. There is a beautiful sweetness with notes of toasty oak, toffee, spicy stewed fruits, a touch of resin and a lovely crème anglaise character.
Palate: Full and sublimely smooth with notes if stewed Bramley apples, malmsey, a touch of aniseed and a hint of spice.
Finish: Good length with toasty oak notes and a creamy sweetness."

Fireball Cinnamon Whisky 700ml
Fireball Cinnamon Whisky is a cinnamon-flavoured whisky-based liqueur produced by the Sazerac Company. Its foundation is Canadian whisky, and the taste otherwise resembles the candy with a similar name, Ferrara Candy Company's "Atomic Fireball" candy. It is bottled at 33%. According to the official Fireball website, the product was developed in Canada in the mid-1980s, and for a long time was little known outside of Canada.
