Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling An overlooked malt that has passed to Pernod Ricard as part of the Chivas Brothers portfolio, Strathisla 12yo is highly-regarded by blenders and connoisseurs of its fruity sherried style. Tasting Notes: The nice is rich and of good body. Some notes of wood oils and resins, rubbed petals, winter spice and cereal sweetness. There are notes of marmalade and hints of bourbon with a thick creaminess. The palate is thick and full. There are notes of thick cream and honeyed raisins. Sultana notes emerge with a little Madeira and mixed peels. The oak develops into the finish, which is fruity and spirity.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet smokiness of a dying wood burning fire with the richness of ripen plums.
Palate: The initial pepper on the tongue soon develops into a peatiness with a difference. A creamy smokiness mingled with spice and dark fruits.

"Third release in the Premium range of Teeling expressions completing our full range of non aged Irish whiskeys. Made from 100% Malted Barley from a range of different ages including Malt whiskey distilled in 1991. Aim to produce the most flavoursome NA Irish Single Malt based on our innovative maturation/finishing techniques while retaining the distinctive Irish smoothness. Consists of a vatting of 5 different wine cask (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon) finished Irish Malt whiskeys. Like all the Teeling whiskeys it is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration allowing for all the natural flavours of the whiskey to be retained.

The Arran 10YO 700ml
The classic expression of Arran - the fresh and unique island style is captured beautifully in their 10 Year Old Single Malt. First released in 2006, this is the flagship Single Malt of their distillery and one that they were very proud to launch to great acclaim. It is without doubt a 'must have' in the collection of all Single Malt Whisky enthusiasts.
Colour: Ripe Golden Barley Nose:The initial rush of rich vanilla sweetness gives way to the fruits of slow distillation – kiwi, banana, cantaloupe melon – with just a dusting of cocoa powder. It is undoubtedly complex and yet the aromas are in complete harmony with the malt.
Palate: A touch of cinnamon adds a spicy edge to the soft and sweet texture which captivates the palate. The classic Arran citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak.
Finish: It drifts over the tongue like golden syrup and fades ever so slowly to tempt another sip. This is a beautifully made whisky.
