The whisky is an exploration of how sherry can be integrated into scotch with great effect, all while remaining controlled and not overstated.
Until recently the distillery was an industry secret, almost being exclusively used in blends like Famous Grouse, J & B and Cutty Sark. New ownership saw new potential though, as the distillery has only commenced bottling their own single malts as of 2017. Current 10yo is the highest available variety on the Aussie market.
