One of Centrals most consistent Pinots, a blend from across the region that helps to define classic Central Otago Pinot Noir! The 2020 vintage see’s both The Fusilier (Bannockburn) and The First Paddock (Gibbston) dominating – 31% The Fusilier, 20% The Last Chance, 15% The Red Bank and 34% The First Paddock.

Intensely locked and loaded on the nose, with dark cherries, smoke, wild thyme, plum and subtle mineral and baked red earth notes.

Full bodied and rich across the mid palate, the lovely herbal complexity we always prize in this wine is on full display, serious tannin structure letting you know this will go the distance. As good as any Two Paddocks Estate Pinot Noir we’ve tried. It’s drinking splendidly now but will be at its best until 2028. Enjoy with Peking Duck pancakes.
