Bushmills Black Bush Whiskey 700ml
A very popular Irish Whiskey, especially north of the border. Its popularity is not surprising as its high malt content and well aged components make it a superb drop. Soft and peaty on the nose, full and smooth on the palate with a fine sherry background and sweetish spice on the finish. Distilled and aged in Co. Antrim this is a blend consisting of 75% malt and 25% grain whiskies, the high proportion of the flavoursome malt in the blend gives it weight and richness. The malt used is triple distilled and soft, being given extra smoothness by aging for 8 years in oak casks. The grain spirit used is smoothed by long barrel age, a portion of this being made with unmalted barley. The whiskey was diluted to 40% abv before bottling.

Midori Melon 1000ml
Midori is a sweet, bright-green-coloured, muskmelon-flavored liqueur made by Suntory. It is manufactured in Japan, Mexico, and France, although it was made exclusively in Japan until 1987. Its name is the Japanese word for "green". As it is extremely sweet, Midori is not usually taken 'straight'; it is generally used in a mixed drink (i.e., a cocktail), such as a Japanese slipper. It is usually used in a range of long drinks ? with lemonade, fresh lemon juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, or orange juice. Sour flavours are often combined with it to balance its sweetness.

Grand Marnier Liqueur 700ml
Grand Marnier is a liqueur created in 1880 by Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle. It is made from a blend of true cognacs and distilled essence of bitter orange. Grand Marnier is 40% alcohol. It is produced in several varieties, most of which can be consumed "neat" as a digestif and can be used in mixed drinks and desserts. In France this kind of use is the most popular especially with Crêpes Suzette and "crêpes au Grand Marnier". César Ritz reportedly came up with the name "Grand Marnier" for Marnier-Lapostolle, who in return helped him purchase and establish the Hotel Ritz Paris.
